The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) will temporarily reopen the Section 8
waitlist for Frye Apartments on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The waitlist will
remain open until further notice.

To join the waitlist, the head of household must:
- Attend In Person: Visit Frye Apartments on March 25, 2025, starting at
9:30 AM to complete a Pre-Application.
- Required Documents: Bring the following items with you:
1. Photo ID
2. Social Security Card
3. Proof of Income
4. Banking Information

Important Notes:
- Pre-applications will be processed in the order they are received.
- Incomplete pre-applications will not be accepted.
- LIHI will continue processing existing waitlist applicants and offer available
units as vacancies occur.
