The Cate Apartments are located in the Greenwood Neighborhood of Seattle near Fred Meyer and many other businesses. The Cate serves homeless, low-income and working families and individuals. Amenities include onsite laundry, courtyard, and parking garage. The Cate Apartments are named in honor of Rev. Bill and Jan Cate, peace activists.
