The following documentation will need to be provided if selected for initial housing interview:
a) non-expired government issued identification
b) social security card (for all household members)
c) proof of income verification - Two months pay stubs
d) homeless verification
e) copy of birth certificate (minors only)
f) I-94 or green card if not US citizens.
g) verification for service/companion animal, if applicable
h) proof of assets (bank statement verification - 2 months worth of statements)
Other Criteria/Restrictions: An application needs to be completed for each household member over the
age of 18.. Valid photo identification will be required of all applicants. Additional requested documentation
or information must be provided within 72 to continue the application process. Valid photo identification will
be required of all applicants. Also, we do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports at
this time. Section 8 welcome.
Unit & Neighborhood Features: free laundry from 9am to 8.30pm, trash chute on each residential floor and
recycling, a community room with kitchen to host events upon approval.We are also within walking
distance to grocery stores, banking, & tons of great places to eat as well as direct access to Metro
Transportation Transit Center one block away. We have case management on-site to assist with household
needs.
