Open Waitlist Affordable HUD Housing for Ages 62 and over.
The Cheryl Chow Court is an independent living facility. The waitlist is open and will close on January 31 st , 2025,
at 4 p.m. Any low-income household 62 years of age and older may apply. After submitting your pre-application,
you will be added to the wait list for a studio or one-bedroom apartment if qualified. Households with disabilities
or homeless status are also encouraged to apply.

Cheryl Chow Court is located in Ballard, one of the most livable and walk-able neighborhoods in Seattle, near Ballard Commons, three grocery stores, the public library, Swedish Medical Center, transit, and retail. Amenities include library with internet-enabled computers, large community room, patio garden, roof garden, onsite laundry, and roll-in showers. The building is named in honor of former Seattle City Councilmember and homeless advocate Cheryl Chow.
