Huge thanks to 84th St. Cares, a group of Wedgewood neighbors who have fundraised for, built, and donated a tiny house to LIHI each of the last five years. This year's house was built in a neighborhood driveway by 12 neighbors in four weeks. Special thanks to Windermere Foundation, who awarded the group a grant for the building materials, and to Greg Langmann who has led the neighborhood's charitable work.
