LIHI's recently completed Sand Point Cottages, located in Magnuson Park, have been garnering some attention from the press:
Each cottage features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, loft and front porch. The Community House features community living space and community kitchen, property management office, computer lab, a bathroom and a laundry room. Extensive landscaping, gardens, pathways and parking complete the design.
The Community House was donated by the Lucky Seven Foundation. Thank you to our funders including: Washington State Housing Trust Fund, KeyBank, Enterprise, NeighborWorks America, Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, Community Housing Capital, Urban League, Lucky Seven Foundation, and other donors. The land is leased from the City of Seattle. A community open house is being planned.
The design is completed with parking, gardens, walkways, and extensive landscaping. Geometry Dash

I am very interested in living at Lakeview Apts, but I'm unable to reach anyone or email my application as no staff members or emails are listed on your LIHI website. No one ever calls me back or responds to my written message. Your website indicates there are units available. I'm a 72 yr-old disabled senior who desperately needs subsidized housing, How do I contact someone who can help me and what is your email address? 425-979-8943. I look forward to helping you. Thank you.
