Construction of Martin Way Phase 2, which began in July of last year, is well under way. Located at 111 Pattison St. NE in Olympia, the building will feature 64 supportive housing apartments (40 studio, 24 one-bedroom). Construction is expected to be completed in September of this year. The architect is Encore Architects. The contractor is Deacon Construction.

Patsy Surh Place, located in Tacoma's International District, is also coming along nicely. Ground broke in December. This 6-story building, a joint project of Asia Pacific Cultural Center (APCC) and LIHI, will provide 77 units of affordable housing for seniors making 30% and 50% of Area Median Income. Architect is Weber Thompson. Walsh Construction is the Contractor.
