LIHI is pleased to announce the start of construction of Martin Way Phase 2, a 64-unit (40 studio, 24 one-bedroom) supportive housing apartment building located at 111 Pattison St. NE in Olympia.

This Phase 2 building will be located on the corner of Martin Way E and Pattison St. NE and will create a protected auto-courtyard between it and the Phase 1 building, Unity Commons. Unity Commons was completed by LIHI in January 2022 with 65 permanent supportive housing units. A shelter operated by Interfaith Works is included at ground level. Covered parking will be provided under the Phase 2 building, hidden from view behind a vibrant pedestrian streetscape with lush landscaping and artwork.

This is fantastic news! So glad to see construction moving forward and providing much-needed supportive housing in Olympia. Creating a protected courtyard and pedestrian streetscape will make a real difference for the residents. Speaking of creating beautiful spaces, I've been reading a lot about flooring options lately, and empire today https://www.carpetflooringreviews.com/ seems to get consistently high marks for durability and style. I would highly recommend them for flooring.

slope game is a fun online game where players control a ball rolling down slopes. The goal is to avoid obstacles and score the highest points.
