GiveBIG Early Giving is Open!
Support Tiny Houses & Urban Rest Stops
Your Gift Doubled!

GiveBIG early giving is open! Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, your gift will be matched, up to $75,000 total for the duration of GiveBIG, from now until May 7th.
LIHI GiveBIG fundraising supports Tiny House Villages and Urban Rest Stops. Simple and effective solutions to homelessness. Over 1,600 people were helped by living in tiny houses last year.
Tiny House Villages
The comfort of a locking door

Tiny Houses serve populations that are not served well by traditional shelter options, including families, couples, and people with pets. Tiny houses are preferred and accepted as shelter by many people who refuse space in other shelters. Why? Because in a tiny house village you get a furnished and heated micro shelter to yourself that provides comfort and privacy. You and your possessions are safe. With the help of our case managers a high percentage of tiny house villagers are able to obtain longterm housing. LIHI operates 15 villages. This enhanced shelter model is a proven success.

Urban Rest Stops give homeless people a chance to refresh. You may take for granted being able to take a shower, do your laundry, and go to the bathroom. Many homeless people don't have this option. LIHI's Urban Rest Stops in downtown and Ballard help our region's homeless people get the personal hygiene services that they need in a pleasant and dignified setting. Being clean and feeling good are great assets in job and housing interviews.
What donors are saying
"On behalf of the community of Gethsemane Lutheran Church in downtown Seattle, I write to say thank you for the great work of your organization supporting neighbors in our area experiencing houselessness and needing supportive services. Our "In the City for Good" Endowment Committee recommended this grant because of the many ways that Urban Rest Stop downtown serves our neighborhood providing basic hygiene services to our local community members. Thank you for addressing critical needs." --Rev. Joanne, Gethsemane Lutheran Church
"Tree133 is a local tree service provider based in North Seattle. Working around the city (including at some of your project sites), we see a great need for the services you provide to our community. Our team selects a local organization to support each calendar year and we are honored to contribute to your efforts."
"Thank you for your efforts to make the world a better place." --Jane
"Delighted to continue to support LIHI's great work in the PNW.
--Caryn
"The Youth Development Fund is proud to support LIHI in your ongoing efforts to end homelessness."
--Marty, Board President
"I want to send you this renewal of our support, along with our appreciation to you and your team for the housing options LIHI provides for residents of Washington State. Best to you in all the important work you do."
--Lauren

Clean design, quick responses, and a layout that actually makes sense — that's what I got while exploring kommon escort. It’s refreshing to use something that just works.

That is beneficial to your health. The activities that you believe you will not be able to profit from are not more important than your priorities. Games that are extremely addictive, such as poppy playtime, should be avoided at all costs. This will allow you to devote your time to more important activities.
